(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Andre Birotte Jr: The Court, on its own Motion, CONTINUES the Motions (Dkt. Nos. 34 , 41 , 42 , 44 , 70 ) and Scheduling Conference calendared for July 10, 2026 to October 16, 2026 at 10:00 am. Furthermore, the Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' response to the OSC, Dkt. No. 79 , and Defendants Michael Goldman and Prime Brookside LLC's letters, Dkt. Nos. 78 and 81 . Defendants letters suggests they wish to move the Court to dismiss the action for improper service. However, Defendants have failed to properly file a motion with the Court, in accordance with the Court's Local Rules. The Court, having determined good cause exists, ORDERS Defendants Michael Goldman and Prime Brookside LLC to file any responsive pleading, including a motion to dismiss for improper service, in accordance with this Court's Local Rules by the amended deadline of July 20, 2026.
