In view of those Responses, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: (1) the OSC is DISCHARGED; (2) the parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer forthwith and to file no later than September 4, 2026, an updated Joint Rule 26(f) Report; (3) a Scheduling Conference is SET for September 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9D, on the 9th floor of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse at 411 W.
