ORDER This matter is before the Court on review of the docket. The Court vacated the Final Pretrial Conference pending resolution of the Motion to Compel, which has now been denied without prejudice. Noting that the issue may still not be resolved, 58 Motion to Exclude is denied without prejudice, to be refiled upon a new Rule 702 Motions deadline being set. If it is determined that the issues surrounding a motion to compel have been resolved, counsel shall jointly contact chambers to reschedule the Final Pretrial Conference and Rule 702 Motions deadline. If a further Motion to Compel is filed, the parties shall jointly email chambers within 10 days after a final resolution, or 10 days after a new discovery cut-off, whichever is later, to reset the Final Pretrial Conference and Rule 702 Motions deadline.
