PAPERLESS ORDER striking Joint Stipulation of Dismissal 7 . The Court is in receipt of the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, which conditions the Stipulation upon entry of an order retaining jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the parties' settlement agreement 7 . The parties are advised that the Court generally does not retain jurisdiction over private settlement agreements, regarding them as a matter of private contract between the parties. See Anago Franchising, Inc. v. Shaz, LLC, 677 F.3d 1272, 1281 (11th Cir. 2012). The Court therefore deems the Stipulation 7 ineffective. On or before September 30, 2026, the parties shall file a renewed Stipulation, attaching the Settlement Agreement and explaining in detail why the Court should retain jurisdiction in this particular case.
