MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephone status conference held on July 1, 2026. Pursuant to the parties' Seventh Joint Status Report, ECF 103 , this case is STAYED until January 31, 2027 , to allow the parties to continue settlement negotiations. If, prior to that date, any party concludes that settlement discussions have become futile, the party may move to lift the stay. The parties shall submit a joint status report within fourteen (14) days of settling or of the lifting of the stay, whichever is sooner.
