Order Administratively Closing Case
ENDORSED ORDER directing administrative closure. Before the Court is a sua sponte review of the file. As noted, the Court is working to get this case on track. (Doc. 92). The parties filed competing case management reports (Docs. 100; 103), which the Court is reviewing to determine a scheduling order. And the parties once again contest a refiled Motion to Compel on seemingly early-stage written discovery. (Doc. 91). Normally, these would be preliminary matters occurring far sooner than two years after litigation started. So the Court will continue to endeavor to resolve these matters to get the case on course. During this time--and for the Court's own case management purposes only--the case will be administratively closed. After the scheduling order and ruling on written discovery issue, then the Court will administratively reopen the case. The Clerk is DIRECTED to administratively close the case during this period.
