MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman: The Court has received a motion from Defendant Jeremy Wysocki and Defendant Wysocki Law Group ("the Wysocki Defendants") to extend their time to respond to Plaintiff's complaint 70 . The Court will grant the motion based on the Wysocki Defendants' representation that Plaintiff agreed to the motion. The Wysocki Defendants' respective responsive pleadings will be due by 7/1/2026. Additionally, given that the Wysocki Defendants' responsive pleadings are no longer late, the Court will dismiss as moot Plaintiff's pending motion for entry of default judgment 65 . Plaintiff may refile the motion at a later date if appropriate at that time. No appearance necessary on 6/2/2026. Finally, the Wysocki Defendants are admonished that, pursuant to the Court's standing order, all motions must be noticed up for presentment. Future failure to notice up a motion for presentment may result in the motion being stricken. Mailed notice. (ym) (Entered: 06/01/2026)
