Plaintiff was notified that if she did not respond to the Court's July 7 order by July 17, this case might be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Because Plaintiff has not responded to that order or otherwise indicated that she wishes to pursue this action, this action is dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
