ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The parties have missed three status report deadlines in this case, on April 15, April 21, and May 7, 2026. The Court's most recent order, dated April 24, 2026, directed each party to file a status report by May 7, 2026, and warned that "[f]ailure to so may result in sanctions, up to and including dismissal of this action." Another two months have passed with no response. In its discretion, the Court now gives plaintiff a last opportunity to prosecute this action. Plaintiff is directed to show cause, by July 17, 2026, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Ordered by Magistrate Judge Clay H.
