ORDER VACATING SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE AND ORDERING FILING OF DOCUMENTS AUTHORIZING DISMISSAL - The undersigned has been notified that the Parties have agreed to terms that will resolve this case, such that the Second Settlement Conference currently scheduled for August 15, 2025, is no longer necessary. Accordingly, the Court VACATES the previously scheduled Second Settlement Conference. [Dkt. 120 .] All pending motions, if any, are now DENIED AS MOOT and all previously ordered dates relating to discovery, filings, schedules, conferences, and trial, if any, are VACATED.
