For the reasons stated on the record, the Court sets the following schedule on the Court's Order to Show Cause regarding CAFA jurisdiction: the parties' simultaneous supplemental submissions shall be filed by September 18, 2026; responses shall be filed by October 2, 2026. A hearing on the Order to Show Cause is set for October 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The Court permits limited discovery on the CAFA jurisdiction issue.
