MINUTES OF Order to Show Cause Hearing held before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The Court heard from Defendants counsel regarding the Court's order to show cause (OSC) for their failure to comply with Court orders. The Court discharges the OSC as to Defendants and declines to impose sanctions. Plaintiff's counsel, however, failed to appear at the hearing and failed to file a declaration in response to the OSC as ordered. Accordingly, the Court orders Plaintiff to show cause on 8/7/2026 08:30 AM before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr., why they and their counsel should not be sanctioned for repeatedly failing to comply with Court orders and failing to appear at the OSC hearing. No later than 8/4/2026, Plaintiff's counsel shall file a written response to this OSC. In the written response, counsel shall state whether he has ever been sanctioned by any court or agency or the subject of an OSC for failing to follow any court rule or order.
