Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Scheduling Order
ORDER granting 119 Motion for Extension of Time to File.
In light of the representations made in the joint letter (ECF No. 119), an in-person Settlement Conference has been scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Central Islip Courthouse, Courtroom 1020. Clients are to be present with counsel.
The parties are directed to meet and confer prior to the Conference and email a confidential status report as to the status of negotiations to the Chambers e-mail, at Wicks_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov, on or before September 1, 2026.
Lastly, the time in which the parties shall file a proposed Consent Judgment is adjourned sine die pending the outcome of the Settlement Conference.
