MINUTES OF STATUS CONFERENCE held before Judge Percy Anderson. For the reasons discussed during the status conference, the Court hereby takes Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss under submission. The hearing calendared for August 24, 2026 is vacated, and the matter taken off calendar. The Court will notify the parties once the Court has resolved the Motion to Dismiss or the date and time of a hearing should the Court conclude that oral argument will assist the Court's resolution of the Motion. The fact discovery cutoff date is stayed pending the Court's resolution of the Motion to Dismiss. All other trial and pretrial dates remain in effect unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
