ENDORSEMENT: The Court takes this letter as a representation that Rossignol Express LLC had only one member, who was Mr. Exile; and that Mr. Exile's domicile is and was Connecticut. If that is incorrect, Defendants must file a letter with the correct information by August 24, 2026. If it is correct, then diversity has been sufficiently established and nothing further is required on that topic. If Plaintiffs have any objections to the conclusion in this order, they may so state in a letter filed by August 24, 2026. Absent any objections to diversity, the parties are further ORDERED to meet and confer and file a joint letter by August 31, 2026, addressing (i) whether any party objects to the Court transferring this matter to EDNY to be consolidated with the EDNY matter Lim v. Rossignol, Case No. 25-CV-03803 (the "EDNY Action"); and (ii) the Court's authority and the legal basis to transfer this action to EDNY to be consolidated with EDNY Action. SO ORDERED.
