ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' response 8 to the Court's 7/23/2026 Order to Show Cause, filed ex parte and under seal, and Defendants' publicly filed version of this response 9 , repeating Defendants' arguments in their notice of removal that they removed the instant action to this district so that both this action and the related case "could be consolidated for joint trial without any unnecessary delays." Because Defendants have not provided appropriate legal authority for removing the case to this district directly, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York for the reasons set forth above in the above Order to Show Cause.
