ORDER: Parties' joint motion, 47 , is GRANTED. Deadlines set by Courts Scheduling Order, 19 , and subsequent Orders, 25 , 31 and 41 , are vacated to the extent set forth below. 1. All discovery be completed no later than 9/1/2026. 2. Parties shall file all dispositive motions and Daubert motions on or before 10/1/2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 16, the Court adopts the following schedule for the disposition of this case: 1. No later than 12/16/2026, counsel shall file with the Clerk and provide to opposing counsel a copy of the following, each to be filed as a separate document: (See Order a-d) 2. No later than 1/8/2027, counsel shall file with the Clerk and provide to opposing counsel a copy of any motions in limine and detailed objections to the use of any witness, document, or thing identified pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 26(a)(3). Each party shall respond to motions in limine and objections by no later than 1/15/2027. 3. This action is assigned for a Final Pretrial Conference on Tuesday, 1/26/2027, at 11:00 A.M. in the United States Courthouse in ASHLAND, Kentucky. 4. At Final Pretrial Conference, counsel for the parties will be prepared to: (See Order a-e) 5. No later than (7) working days prior to trial of this action, counsel shall submit to Courts Chambers a copy of each documentary exhibit. 6. Assigned for Trial by Jury on Tuesday, 2/9/2027, at 9:00 A.M. at the United States Courthouse in ASHLAND, Kentucky. Counsel shall be in court at 8:30 A.M. 7.
