Drozd on 9/22/2026: Upon review of the plaintiff and defendant Shadowbrook Post Acute LLC's 10 joint status report, and in light of the status of service of the other defendants in this action, the court will not issue a scheduling order at this time. Accordingly, the Initial Scheduling Conference set for 9/28/2026 is VACATED and RESET to 12/14/2026 at 01:30 PM in Courtroom 4 (DAD) before District Judge Dale A. Drozd. The parties are directed to file a joint status report regarding the scheduling of this action no later than 11/30/2026. Plaintiff is further directed to effectuate service of process on all defendants who have not yet been served before the joint scheduling report is due. Failure to effectuate service of process may warrant dismissal of all defendants who have not yet been served pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m).(Text Only Entry) (Deputy Clerk RAA)
