Bilzin Sumberg Partner Reappointed To Judicial Commission

By Carolina Bolado (August 2, 2013, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Florida's U.S. Senators on Friday reappointed Albert E. Dotson Jr., the government relations and land development practice group leader at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP, to the state's federal judicial nominating commission.

Dotson, who was first appointed to the commission in 2009 by Sens. Bill Nelson and Marco Rubio, will begin a third term on the commission, which recommends candidates for presidential appointments as federal judges, prosecutors and U.S. marshals.

Dotson works on securing federal and local government procurement contracts and obtaining land use and zoning permits for large real estate developments for clients.
