Stearns Weaver Adds Real Estate, IT Partners In Miami

By Nathan Hale (September 5, 2014, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Two attorneys have joined the Miami office of Florida law firm Stearn Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson PA as shareholders, bringing experience in the fields of real estate, securities and information technology transactions, the firm said Thursday.

Gisela M. Munoz most recently served as counsel in Miami at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, and Anthony P. Zolfo arrives from the New York office of Bryan Cave LLP, where he was special counsel.

Munoz focuses her practice on commercial real estate and corporate transactions, according to the firm, representing companies and financial institutions in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and operations....
