US Seeks Contractor Help To Begin Afghan Base Closures

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 6:18 PM EDT) -- With the president's surge of troops in Afghanistan coming to an end this year, the U.S. plans to seek contractor help to coordinate upcoming base closures in the country, in a request for proposals to be issued Monday.
