Contractor Group Asks FAR To Alter Nondisplacement Rule

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A contractor and government services advocacy group urged the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council on Monday to modify proposed rules requiring contractors to offer jobs to their predecessor's employees and clarify that they don't contradict a similar U.S. Department of Labor rule.
