Medical Software Co. Looks To Toss Data Breach MDL

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A medical software company urged an Indiana federal court Monday to dismiss multidistrict litigation launched against it over a 2015 data breach that exposed the sensitive data of 3.9 million people, arguing that the breach alone did not cause any injuries under the law.
