DC Circ. Backs Health Care Law's Individual Mandate

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 4:11 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday became the latest court to uphold the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's mandate that individuals buy health insurance, tossing a suit that argued the requirement violated the right to religious freedom.
