DC Circ. Lifts Shipping Ban On Cardinal Health

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 10:10 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit has lifted the ban blocking Cardinal Health Inc. prescription drug shipments brought on by allegations it filled suspicious orders for oxycodone, and on Monday gave the U.S. Department of Justice until week's end to oppose the company's emergency injunction request.

A three-judge panel issued the temporary administrative stay Friday so the court could consider Cardinal Health's injunction request that would ice the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's suspension of the company's Florida license while it appeals a lower court ruling upholding the ban....
