9th Circ. Reinstates Sonoma Retirees Health Benefits Case

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2013, 12:13 AM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday vacated a lower court’s dismissal of a complaint brought by the Sonoma County Association of Retired Employees alleging Sonoma County reneged on providing certain health care benefits, saying the district court shouldn’t have dismissed the complaint with prejudice in light of recent case law.
