Diocese Claims Against Insurer Nixed In Sex Abuse Suits

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 5:01 PM EST) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Monday found that a Roman Catholic diocese in the state had not provided the details needed to support its claim that Arrowood Indemnity Co. lied or acted in bad faith when it refused to cover more than six dozen sexual abuse suits.
