NJ Atty Suspended Over Role In Living Trust Scheme

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 9:53 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has suspended an attorney who was previously disbarred in Pennsylvania for his involvement in a scheme to aggressively market living trusts to senior citizens using nonattorneys who used exaggerations and misrepresentations to make sales.
