On July 9 it was reported that attorneys general in 10 states and Washington D.C. targeted eight companies in the fast food industry for production of franchise agreements and other documents relating to so-called "no poach" provisions under which companies agree not to hire, or restrict the circumstances under which they will hire, employees of their competitors....
