Insurers Can't Shake General Refractories' Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday refused summary judgment to insurers that General Refractories Co. sued seeking coverage in asbestos litigation, ruling that GRC's conditional settlements with claimants based on potential recoveries from the coverage lawsuit were allowed under Pennsylvania law.
