Century Seeks To Avoid Coverage For Narragansett Cleanup

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 10:35 PM EDT) -- The Century Indemnity Co. asked a New York federal judge Friday to declare it has no duty to defend or indemnify The Narragansett Electric Co. in an environmental lawsuit concerning a cleanup of gas byproduct wastes at a Massachusetts landfill.
