NJ Suit Revived Against Travelers, ERSIC On $92M Judgment

Law360, New York (March 10, 2017, 3:55 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Appellate Division on Friday again revived a suit demanding that Travelers Indemnity Co. and a Chubb Corp. unit provide coverage for a $92 million judgment against an insolvent insured, finding that the suing parties are not bound by a Bermuda court ruling voiding the Travelers policy.
