W.Va. Justices Should Weigh Insurance Issue, 4th Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (May 17, 2017, 9:40 PM EDT) -- BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Co. on Tuesday asked the Fourth Circuit to seek the West Virginia high court's guidance on a key issue at the heart of Zurich American Insurance Co.'s appeal of a lower court's ruling that it must split with BrickStreet payments of workers' compensation benefits to a worker severely injured at a coal mine.
