Zurich Wants Quick Win On Tech Data's SEC Investigation

Law360, New York (December 4, 2017, 9:13 PM EST) -- Zurich American on Friday asked an Illinois federal court to toss a suit from a tech distributor for failing to reimburse the company for millions of dollars spent responding to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, saying investigations aren’t covered by the policy.
