Venezuela Takes Aim At Waiver Claim In $740M Award Row

Law360, New York (September 9, 2015, 10:45 PM EDT) -- Venezuela on Tuesday urged a D.C. federal court to sign off on its bid to answer allegations that it waived a key argument in a dispute over a $740 million arbitral award, saying that a mining company only recently introduced the claim.
