Arbitrator Rejects Patriot Gold's $5.5M Mining Claim

Law360, New York (January 25, 2016, 8:18 PM EST) -- Las Vegas mining company Patriot Gold is not entitled to $5.5 million in gold and silver produced and sold by Canada’s Northern Vertex Mining Corp. during the testing it performed while working to reactivate a historic mine in northwestern Arizona, a Nevada arbitrator has ruled.
