Importer Slams Commerce's 115% Duties On Chinese Pencils

Law360 (February 9, 2018, 5:13 PM EST) -- A domestic importer on Thursday  asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to nix a nearly 115 percent duty on Chinese pencils, arguing that the U.S. Department of Commerce did not adequately take into account information it provided during an administrative review.
