ITC Asks Commerce To Keep Examining Welded Pipe Imports

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 6:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission wants the U.S. Department of Commerce to continue probing whether the governments of China, India, South Korea and Turkey are subsidizing the imports of large-diameter welded pipe, allowing the products to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, the agency announced in a Federal Register notice on Monday.
