Farmers Win OK Of $1.5B Syngenta GMO Corn Settlement

Law360 (April 11, 2018, 6:05 PM EDT) -- A Kansas federal judge on Tuesday granted preliminary approval of a mediated $1.51 billion settlement agreement hashed out by farmers in all but four cases involved in multidistrict litigation over Syngenta AG’s genetically modified corn seed.
