Texas Duty-Free Shop Says Gov’t Effectively Shut It Down

Law360 (May 14, 2018, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A Texas duty-free shop on Friday sued the government in the U.S. Court of International Trade after U.S. Customs and Border Protection ordered a change to the store's delivery procedures that it says has forced it to cease deliveries and sales.
