Commerce Starts Tariff Probe On Chinese Quartz Countertops

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced Monday it would investigate whether Chinese producers of quartz surface products had received illegal assistance from Beijing and were selling their exports in the U.S. at unfairly low levels, after a domestic producer asked for the probe last month.
