US Readies Final Tariffs On Spanish Olive Imports

Law360 (June 12, 2018, 7:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce called for duties between 7 and 28 percent Tuesday on imports of ripe olives from Spain, after investigators found that Spanish olive producers had been unfairly subsidized by their government and were selling the olives in the U.S. at prices below market value.
