US Plans Sanctions On Russia Over Nerve Agent Attack

Law360 (August 8, 2018, 9:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. State Department said Wednesday that it plans to sanction Moscow for using chemical or biological weapons in violation of international law or against its own nationals, following the attempted assassination of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia.
