UN Says Recent Measures Mostly Helped Foreign Investment

Law360, New York (March 17, 2017, 3:08 PM EDT) -- The United Nations said Thursday it's found that 33 countries have enacted investment policy measures over the last five months, including the signing of international investment agreements that clarify and refine investor-state dispute settlement provisions, and that most of those measures facilitate foreign investment.
