Russia Says It’s Settled WTO Concerns In EU Tariff Spat

Law360, New York (June 15, 2017, 2:10 PM EDT) -- The Russian government on Thursday laid out a number of steps it has taken to comply with a World Trade Organization ruling that smacked down its tariffs on paper, refrigerators and palm oil from the European Union.

In a brief notification circulated to WTO members, Russia said that it had amended 11 different import rules faulted by a dispute settlement panel in August in an attempt to bring a resolution to the dispute.
