Small Biz Owners Rail On NAFTA's Investor Dispute Section

Law360, New York (July 13, 2017, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A group of over 100 small business owners told President Donald Trump on Wednesday that as he renegotiates the North American Free Trade Agreement, he should remove a section allowing foreign companies to hash out investment disputes in arbitration, a process they say disadvantages domestic businesses.
