Commerce Sets Final Duties On Some Italian Pasta Producers

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 5:53 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced Tuesday the final results of an administrative review of pasta from Italy, pegging a handful of Italian producers with a 5.3 percent tariff, after finding imports of the product were sold in the U.S. at less than normal value.
