Commerce Publishes Final Duties On Japan Steel Cos.

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 1:31 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Thursday announced that it is set to assign final anti-dumping duties on imports of various steel products from Japan after it found that the products were sold at less than normal value in the U.S. market.
