Latham Adds ITC Patent Litigator From Alston & Bird
By Steven Trader (February 27, 2018, 8:03 PM EST) -- Latham & Watkins LLP has a new member of its intellectual property litigation practice in Washington, D.C., in a seasoned patent litigator with a history of success representing technology and automotive clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission, according to a statement on Monday.
Jamie Underwood has joined Latham's litigation and trial department as a partner, shifting over from Alston & Bird LLP, where she handled a significant amount of actions before the ITC under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as well as many ITC investigations involving patent infringement, trademark, trade secret, copyright and antitrust issues.
