Here's What The Music Modernization Act Would Do

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 8:30 PM EDT) -- It’s looking more and more likely that the Music Modernization Act, a sweeping package of changes to music copyright law, will become law.

Already passed unanimously by the House, a companion bill received widespread praise at a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, setting the stage for the committee to send the bill to the full chamber in the coming weeks.
