Facebook Wants Winklevoss Suit In Mass. Tossed

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Thursday asked a Massachusetts federal judge to toss an intellectual property lawsuit brought by the founders of ConnectU Inc. after they decided to drop their fight over a reported $65 million settlement with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
