Vector Can't Shed Suit Alleging Breach Of Nondisclosure Deal

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday trimmed but kept alive a suit brought by corporate financier Goodrich Capital LLC alleging private equity firm Vector Capital Corp. ignored a nondisclosure agreement by using proprietary information in its takeover of a cash security firm.
